When Pamperlang Skoonheid SA's packaging and manufacturing facility has made a mistake with your product (transport damage and loss by courier companies not included), please send a photo to your agent within 48 hours so that it can be communicated to head office.
Head office will then investigate the problem and whether a store credit will be granted to the customer to use during the next purchase.

Please note that once your package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the courier company. Although we take great care to package and secure your items to the best of our ability, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs in transit. Any issues related to damage or mishandling should be addressed directly with the courier company.
