Shipping Policy

Orders take 5-9 working days to be prepared as all products are being made in small
batches as orders come in. It will take additional time for the courier to deliver order.
Please keep in mind that couriers may take up to 3 working days to deliver the
parcel.
As an Agent it is your responsibility to communicate this to your customer.

Courier Disclaimer: Please note that once your package leaves our facility, it is in
the care of the courier company. Although we take great care to package and secure
your items to the best of our ability, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss
that occurs in transit. Any issues related to damage or mishandling should be
addressed directly with the courier company.
