Incorrect and erroneous orders: Please confirm your purchase before finalizing
your order. Due to Health regulations, no products can be returned, replaces or
exchanges and we do not issue refunds on orders placed incorrectly.
Also make sure you understand our product disclaimer that although our products
are made from natural oils, products react differently to different skin types. No
exchanges or refunds will be granted as a result.
Product warranty is available on the last page of your catalogue.
When Pamperlang Skoonheid SA`s packaging & manufacturing facility has made a
mistake with your product (transport damage and loss by courier companies not
included. please sent a photo to your Agent within 48 hours so that it can be
communicated to Head Office.
Head Office will then investigate the problem and whether a store credit will be
granted to the customer to use during the next purchase.
